Altai tour operator website with online tour booking

The challenge

The operator sold tours through VK and word of mouth and kept bookings in a notebook: departure dates, free spots and prepayments got mixed up, and in season several groups were lost. They needed a site with a tour catalog, live seat availability by date and online prepayment.

The solution

We built a catalog of 28 tours with day-by-day programs, route tracks on a map, real photos and honest difficulty descriptions. Each tour has a departures calendar with remaining spots: a booking reserves a spot for 24 hours, a 30% card prepayment confirms it, and the balance can be paid in the personal account. Automated emails assemble the group: a gear checklist 2 weeks out, the group roster and guide contacts 3 days out. For seasonal queries (“Multinskiye Lakes tour 2026”) we built landing pages with dates and prices.

The result

In the very first season, 68% of bookings went through online without correspondence, and double bookings disappeared. Card prepayment cut booking drop-off from 25% to 7%. Organic traffic on tour queries grew 4×, and for the first time the operator filled all July–August departures before early June.
