Online English school platform with scheduling and payment
The challenge
The school ran everything in Google Sheets: the schedule of 45 teachers, lesson reschedules, packages and payments were reconciled by hand, and errors happened weekly. They needed a platform with student and teacher accounts, automatic lesson deduction from packages, and sales of renewals.
The solution
We built a platform: the student sees the schedule, materials and lesson balance and can reschedule a lesson no later than 8 hours in advance — the slot automatically returns to the teacher’s schedule. The teacher marks completed lessons, the lesson is deducted from the package, and with 2 lessons left the student gets an email and push offering a discounted renewal. Package payment is by card with recurring billing; video is a Zoom integration (links are generated automatically). The admin panel shows teacher load, student LTV and revenue forecasts.

The result
Manual spreadsheet reconciliation is gone: admins save ~80 hours per month and errors in teacher payouts stopped. Auto-renewal raised retention: the share of students renewing a package grew from 61% to 74%. Rescheduling stopped being chaos — the share of teachers’ “burned” slots fell from 12% to 3%.
