Flower online store with 2-hour delivery

The challenge
Sales ran through Instagram: orders in DMs, payment by transfer, and a bouquet photo “as it turns out”. The store lost customers who need “fast and by card” and corporate clients who need documents. The goal was a store with real bouquet photos, delivery slots and a photo report to the recipient.
The solution
We built a store with a catalog of 120 items: each bouquet has a photo of the actual product (not stock), the composition and three sizes with prices. Delivery slots of 2 hours with the nearest “today in 2 hours”, and routing of orders to the studio closest to the address. Before dispatch the florist photographs the assembled bouquet — the photo is sent to the customer for approval via WhatsApp. For corporate clients there is an account with cashless payment and closing documents. The customer writes the card message right in the cart.

The result
Online orders grew from 15 to 60–70 per day, and on March 8 the site handled 340 orders in a day. Bouquet photo approval cut complaints and returns to almost zero (3–4 cases per month per 1,800 orders). The corporate segment grew from scratch to 15% of revenue.
