Children’s development center network website with scheduling and packages

The challenge
Parents learned the class schedule by phone, paid for packages in cash to the receptionist, and absences and freezes were counted by hand. The network lost money on unrecorded absences and staff time on routine. They needed a site with a schedule, online package payment and a parent account.
The solution
We built a site with a schedule filterable by branch, child’s age and track (robotics, English, school prep — 14 tracks). The parent account: children, their groups, remaining classes, card payment and package auto-renewal, and marking an absence with a reschedule per the center’s rules. The teacher marks attendance from a tablet, and the receptionist has a summary of group load and debtors. A trial class is booked online with a WhatsApp reminder a day before.

The result
Online payment covered 83% of payments, and cash gaps from “I’ll pay next time” halved. Trial-class sign-ups grew 2.2× — parents book in the evening after work. Absence tracking by the rules returned ~₽90,000 per month to the network that used to be “forgiven” by eye.
