Consent to the processing of personal data
Hereby I, the personal data subject, freely, by my own will and in my own interest, give my consent to MolHub LLC (ООО «МолХаб») (hereinafter — the Operator) to process my personal data in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data”.

5. Validity period of the consent
This consent is valid from the moment it is given until the moment it is withdrawn by the personal data subject.
6. Withdrawal of consent
The personal data subject has the right to withdraw their consent to the processing of personal data by sending a written application to the email address: info@molotilo.digital
In the event of withdrawal of consent, the Operator has the right to continue processing personal data without the subject’s consent if there are grounds specified in clauses 2–11 of Part 1 of Article 6, Part 2 of Article 10 and Part 2 of Article 11 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”.
7. Rights of the personal data subject
In accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, the personal data subject has the right to:
- Receive information concerning the processing of their personal data
- Demand the clarification, blocking or destruction of personal data
- Appeal against the actions or inaction of the Operator to the authorised body for the protection of the rights of personal data subjects (Roskomnadzor)
8. Protection of personal data
The Operator takes the necessary legal, organisational and technical measures to protect personal data from unlawful or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, provision, distribution, as well as from other unlawful actions in relation to personal data.
