The specifics: the patient is afraid and comparing
Dentistry is an emotional purchase with a minus sign: the person is in pain, scared and it is expensive. They open 3–5 clinic sites and look for three things: how much it costs, who will treat them and whether they will be cheated. The site that answers these questions faster and more honestly than competitors wins the patient.
Service pages: one for every “tooth” query
Queries in dentistry are very specific: “caries treatment price”, “turnkey implantation [city]”, “wisdom tooth removal”, “veneers cost”. Each service gets its own page:
- what is included in the price (anesthesia? an X-ray? a filling?) — the main source of distrust in the niche — “the price on the site is one thing, in the chair another”;
- treatment stages and how many visits;
- the doctors who do it;
- before/after photos;
- a booking button.
“Problem → solution” pages work well: “A tooth hurts at night”, “A chipped front tooth” — people search for the problem, not the procedure name.
Prices: “turnkey” wins
Patients are taught by bitter experience: an implant “for ₽15,000” turns into ₽80,000 with the abutment, crown and work. Clinics that state an honest turnkey price with a list of what is included win trust before the visit. The format: a price table on the service page + a general price list + a calculator for complex cases (implantation, braces) with the estimate sent to a messenger.
Doctors — half the decision
People go to a dentist “for the hands”. Each doctor’s page: a real photo (not a stock smile), specialization, experience, education and certificates, the number of implants placed / canals treated, reviews, a “book this doctor” button. Such pages neatly collect branded queries like “doctor’s name reviews”.
Trust and removing fear
- Before/after — the most convincing content in the niche (with patients’ consent).
- Reviews — a widget from Yandex Maps and ProDoctorov, not “reviews” typed up in Photoshop.
- License — the number and a scan: for medicine they are mandatory both by law and for trust.
- Photos of the clinic — treatment rooms, equipment, the sterilization area.
- About pain — directly: a “Painless treatment” section: what anesthesia, sedation. This removes the main barrier.
Booking: two clicks at most
- Online booking with a doctor and time choice (integration with the clinic’s medical IS — IDENT, Dental4Windows, 1C:Medicine).
- A clickable phone, WhatsApp — many want to first ask “how much will it cost in my case”.
- A “Request a call” form — short: name and phone.
- The receptionist calls back within 5–10 minutes: a patient in acute pain does not wait — they call the next clinic.
Legal requirements
A medical site must contain: the license, information about the doctors and their qualifications, a statement on guarantees, a personal data policy, a disclaimer about contraindications. Their absence means fines from the health regulator. Check before launching ads: ad-platform moderation for medicine also looks at this.
Takeaway
A dental clinic site sells not “services” but peace of mind: an honest turnkey price, an understandable doctor, real work, booking without a quest. We will build such a site with integration to your medical IS — leave a request.
