How people choose education
Education is a considered purchase: a person compares 3–5 schools by program, teachers, reviews, result and price. The decision matures over days and weeks. A training center’s site is not “where we are located” but a tool that wins the comparison and does not let a hesitant person go without a contact.
The course page — the main unit of the site
Not a list of courses in a table but a full landing page for each course:
- For whom and what result: “from zero to confident B1 in 8 months” — specifics instead of “quality education”;
- a program by modules — what and in what order;
- the format: online/offline, duration, group schedule, group size;
- the teacher with experience and credentials;
- price and installments. A hidden price in education means minus half the requests;
- the nearest start dates and a booking or trial-lesson button.
Each such page also catches its own pool of queries: “English courses for kids [city]”, “learn Python from scratch” — direct work with semantics.
The trial lesson — the bridge to a purchase
The main converter in education is a free trial or intro lesson: the commitment is small, the value is obvious. Booking in a couple of clicks with a date choice, a WhatsApp reminder a day before (without a reminder a third do not show up). After the trial — a clear offer with a discount on the first month.
Trust: results and faces
- Student results: certificates, exam scores, before/after work, employment — with numbers and examples;
- teacher pages — in education people go “to the teacher”: experience, education, a video intro;
- video reviews from students and parents — they work stronger than text (how to use them — in the article on video marketing);
- an educational-activity license — it also gives students a tax deduction, so write about it: it is an argument for buying.
Account and payment
For regular learning, a site quickly runs into operations: schedule, packages, reschedules, payments. This is solved by a personal account with automatic lesson deduction and online payment — as we did for the online English school (retention grew from 61% to 74%) and the network of children’s centers. At the start, online payment and booking are enough; the account is added as a later stage.
Promoting the center
- SEO by course and city — course and branch pages;
- maps for offline centers — parents search “near home”;
- useful content: “how to prepare for the exam”, “which language to learn” — warms up long before the purchase;
- campaigns: closing those who signed up for a trial and reactivating the “undecided” — in a niche with a long decision this is a mandatory loop.

Conclusion
A training center’s site sells through specifics: course pages with a program, price and dates, a two-click trial lesson, student results and real teachers, while the account and online payment handle operations.
